Introducing our Stillness Seekers Meditation Retreat!
In our busy lives with a flurry of movement day in and day out, we come to realize how sacred times of stillness can be. This has led to the creation of the Stillness Seekers Meditation Retreat in the Chopra Mind-Body Zone at the Lake Nona Performance Club in Orlando, Florida. This retreat was designed to give you the opportunity to find the beauty of the “non-doing,” where we can maximize the health benefits of unplugging, while doing less and being still. A big highlight of this retreat is receiving your personal primordial sound mantra, while diving deep into private meditation experiences with a Certified Chopra Meditation Instructor.
In the Stillness Seekers Meditation Retreat, you will be immersed in whole body mindfulness practices including Chopra Yoga classes, a signature spa treatment from the Chopra Mind-Body Spa, clean and nourishing meals, as well as full access to the entire Lake Nona Performance Club fitness and wellness facility.
Let’s paint a picture of what your full retreat day could look like…
Your day will start with a delicious breakfast followed by a private meditation session. After this grounding experience, you will have the option to participate in a yoga class or use the fitness facility. Your lunch will then be ready for you to enjoy. To aid in digestion, you will then experience a walking meditation with your private instructor through a sculpture garden nearby. This will lead you into a spa treatment, in which you will choose from a signature Chopra massage, classical massage, or facial. Upon the conclusion of your treatment, you will be invited to relax in our sauna or steam room. A light snack, juice, or smoothie will await you to savor at your leisure. In the early evening, there is another opportunity for a flow yoga class or candlelight yoga to blissfully complete your day.
This retreat is perfect for all types of meditators, from those new to meditating to those who have an established practice. Our instructors will personalize your meditation sessions to your experience level. During the sessions, you will cover topics such as origins of meditation, benefits, techniques, the breath, how to address disturbances, higher states of consciousness, etc. By the completion of our Stillness Seekers Meditation Retreat, you will leave with deeper knowledge about meditation and feel inspired to integrate the practice into your daily routine.
This meditation retreat is only available for scheduling Wednesday-Thursday or Thursday-Friday. All scheduling must be done at least 14 days in advance.
