New to yoga or looking to strengthen your practice foundation? Our Beginner’s Yoga Series with Ann, Chopra Mind-Body Zone Instructor, is designed to empower you in developing and deepening your yoga practice through exploration of fundamental yoga postures and principles. We’ll work our way through basic yoga sequences, forward folds and back bends, and balancing postures; explore alignment, breath, and modifications to suit your body!
