Activity is one the four cornerstones of our diabetes prevention strategies workshop series. Join our very own Group Exercise instructor, Gianna DiGioia, for this month’s workshop on disarming diabetes where you will talk about the many benefits of movement, strategic activity, and how to find fun in moving. We will also end with a fun 20 minute resistance band interval training activity for all levels!
