5:45am: Pedal with Pride with Kyra, Cycle Studio – Rise and Shine with Kyra for this special Pedal w/ PRIDE class. Let the music motivate you to reach personal BEST!
1:00pm: Perform with Pride with Taylor, 3rd Floor Turf – Join Taylor on the 3rd floor turf for this special PRIDE inspired class where you will have fun working often neglected muscle groups or your core while keeping that heart-pumping and sweating to some sick beats!
LNPC members can sign up 54 hours in advance on the LNPC app. Non-members can purchase a guest pass and call to register.
